My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, but being right next to the breakfast hall meant I was often disturbed by noise outside. The staff, including the owner, were all family and very friendly, making me feel welcomed. The location was great, within walking distance from the central area of Fira and offered beautiful Caldera views, but there were some disturbances from waitresses in uniforms. The dining experience was good with generous selections delivered to the room. However, the facilities were a bit lacking. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service.
